Returns and exchanges are given on purchases made in the
retail store within 15 days of original purchase date only.

All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt.
All products must be in new, un-used condition with original packaging.

Special Orders are not refundable after 15 days of pick-up.

Berts Mega Mall reserves the right to charge a
20% restocking fee on all non defective returns.

Claims of damaged goods, shortages, overages and any discrepancies must
be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to be considered for an adjustment.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Helmets, batteries, sunglasses, watches, loading ramps, bike carriers, tools, DVDs, videos, books, light bulbs, electrical items, carburetor parts, sale items, close-out items, used or worn items and any discontinued items may not be returned, exchanged or given any store credit.

Refund Policy

As long as all of the above conditions have been met,
you will be refunded in the method you originally paid.

If you paid:

Cash- you will be refunded cash
Credit card- you will be refunded on a credit card
Gift Card- you will be refunded on another gift card
Check- after a 10 business day waiting period, you will be refunded cash
Debit Card- you will be refunded cash

Price Matching

We Price Match!

Price matching is only valid in the parts and accessories department. We only price match at the point of sale or within 15 days of your original purchase. The price being matched must be properly verified, and the item must be the exact item purchased. No additional discounts apply to price matching, and we only price match other authorized retailers. California sales tax applies to all purchases made in the retail store.
